DIZZY DUST

Born Clinton Rowe, born 11th June 1967.
Affectionately called Dizzy by his family, later added Dust to his alias when he started dee-jaying on community sound system “Pablo Roots” . Hailing from the community of Central Village, St Catherine, Dizzy Dust Realized very early that he had great passion for music and decided he wanted to be an Artist at age 15.

Performing all across Jamaica on Stage Shows and Sound Systems alongside Artist’s like Junior Reid, Half Pint, Papa San and Admiral Bailey, to name a few.

Dizzy Dust started to make a name for himself in the Dancehall but got the opportunity to migrate to the U.S and did so in 1986. Though, still doing music Dizzy felt like he was missing out on the Dancehall scene in Jamaica and decided to return home in 1990 and later recorded his first song for JR Productions (Junior Reid), a collaboration with the late Baby Wayne and White Mice titled “Should’nt left mi so” . As the years pass by Dizzy Continued to record and perform in Jamaica and across the caribbean.

In 1997, Dizzy Dust again relocated to the U.S where he worked extensively with Cleveland’s first Platinum selling Rapper MC Brainz Davis. Also opening for international Dancehall Artistes like Sean Paul, Beenie Man and Elephant Man….Dizzy Dust has graced many big stages local and abroad.

Now back on home soil, Dizzy Dust is currently working on an Album for England Based Record Company “In-Ex Records”, now promoting his new release “Stop Stress Black People” now his 3rd release on In-Ex Label, alongside “Talk To Yu” presently making an impact in the music scene with the 1st on the Anything Riddim “Cry Fi dah Body Deh”. All releases are available in all retail stores.
